At Axis Shop, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within Bangladesh. Please note that shipping availability and delivery times may vary based on your location. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. You will see the total shipping cost during checkout before confirming your order.

3. Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days

Please note that these are estimated times, and delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control, such as public holidays, strikes, or adverse weather conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

6. Delivery Process

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Please make sure to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout, including your address and contact number.
  • Availability: Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. Our delivery partners will contact you if necessary to confirm delivery.
  • Missed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier may make one more attempt or leave instructions on how to collect your package.
7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Courier service disruptions

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed about the status of your order. Axis Shop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@axisshopbd.com or  +88 01877 144 849 . We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
9. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@axisshopbd.com or call +88 01629 339 677. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address.

10. Cancellations and Returns

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. After shipping, the order cannot be canceled, but you may return the item after receiving it, following our Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
